Reiki is quite easy to learn and use.

There isn't a lot of technique to master. Students are encouraged and taught how to use the Reiki energy on themselves and others, if they choose, in their daily lives. Just imagine how having a centering and relaxation tool, that is always with you and can be easily used throughout the day, could improve the quality of your life.

Reiki attunement classes are available for the Reiki I, Reiki II or Reiki Master Practitioner levels. Included in the attunement classes are meditation, attunement, instruction and practice time, manuals and certificate of completion. Reiki classes are offered by appointment for one person or for two or more people registering together. Scheduled group classes are available, too.

SEVA is easy to learn and an effective tool for stress release.

SEVA Stress Release Acupressure Protocol developed by Soul Lightening International.   It is easy to learn and use for yourself and others.  There are 2 classes available.  A 3 hour class for self care and a 6 hour class for self care and care of others.  In the 3 hour class you will learn to do SEVA on yourself for stress relief.  In the 6 hour class you will learn to to SEVA on yourself and others and you may charge a fee. In both classes you will receive a manual with complete descriptions and insturctions.  Soul Lightening International is approved by NCBTMB and The National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.  After taking the 6 hour class you will be approved for 6 CE credits.

NEW!  Acupressure for anyone.  Are you looking for self care for yourself and your family and friends?  These 8 series classes may be for you!  After taking the prerequisite 6 hour SEVA classes you will learn Great Central Channel, Harmony, Head & Neck, Chest & Torso, Ams & Legs, and Immune - Colds & Flu.

These are 3 hour classes and cost $50 each.  The will be taught in a series beginning in November.

Reiki I Attunement Class - Reiki is an energy system that is easy to learn and use. Reiki Master Teacher Rita Darabosh will teach this class, which includes meditation, Reiki I attunement, instruction, practice, extensive manual and certificate of completion. You will learn how to do Reiki on yourself and others. As a Reiki student, you will have a centering and relaxation tool that is always with you and can be easily used throughout the day. Group classes are usually limited to 4 new students. 

The Reiki II attunement Class opens the Reiki I student to an even greater flow of Universal Life Energy. In this class, you will learn Reiki symbols and how to use them for absentee Reiki and to enhance hands on Reiki. Includes meditation, Reiki II attunement, instruction, practice, manual and certificate. Taught by Reiki Master Teacher Rita Darabosh Prerequisites: Reiki I certification and that it's been at least 21 days since you took Reiki I. If your Reiki I teacher was someone other than Rita, please bring a copy of your Reiki I certificate to class. Group classes are usually limited to 4 new students.

Reiki Master Practitioner Attunement Class - The Reiki III or Reiki Master attunement opens the Reiki II student to the full flow of Reiki Energy. In this class, you will learn additional Reiki symbols and the Reiki breathing technique which can be used to enhance your own energy and the absentee Reiki process. Includes meditation, Reiki III attunement, instruction, practice, mentoring, manual and certificate. Taught by Reiki Master Teacher Rita Darabosh. Prerequisites: Reiki I & II certification and that it's been at least 21 days since you took your Reiki II class. RMP group classes are usually limited to 4 new students. 

If your Reiki II teacher was someone other than Rita, please bring a copy of your Reiki II certificate to class and you may be required to arrive 30 to 45 minutes before the start of the group class to meet individually with Rita. Another option would be to review one of Rita's group Reiki II classes prior to this class (you will receive the Reiki I & II manuals in the class) or you could schedule a Reiki or consultation session with Rita to privately review Reiki I & II. Or you could schedule an individual RMP class. Please email or call to talk about these options if your Reiki II teacher was someone other than Rita.
